Support your team before stress becomes burnout.
Practical, evidence-informed breathwork and nervous system tools designed to help teams manage stress, regulate under pressure, and return to work with greater clarity and focus.
Breathwork for Performance
Today’s teams are navigating constant stimulation, competing priorities, tight deadlines, and very little space to recover between demands.
Breathwork for Performance is a 40-minute virtual workshop designed to give employees a simple understanding of how stress affects the nervous system — and practical tools they can use in real time to shift their state.
This is not about asking your team to slow down when the work still needs to get done.
It’s about giving them tools to meet pressure more effectively.
Your team will learn how to:
Recognize signs of stress and nervous system activation
Use simple breathing techniques to regulate in real time
Recover more effectively between high-demand moments
Create greater awareness around reactivity and stress patterns
Return to work with more clarity, focus, and presence
No previous breathwork experience is required.
Designed for real workdays
The tools taught in this workshop are intended to be practical, accessible, and easy to integrate into everyday work. Participants learn practices they can use independently before a high-stakes meeting, between calls, after a difficult conversation, during periods of cognitive overload, or whenever they notice stress beginning to build. The goal is not to eliminate stress. It’s to increase the ability to respond to it.

What teams are saying
“My team and I noticed a real shift in our overall sense of calm after the session. We all came in mentally busy, juggling meetings, deadlines, and the fast pace that naturally comes with working at a startup. The session gave us permission to slow down, step away from the constant “doing,” and simply be present for a while. By the end, we felt much more grounded, emotionally lighter, and re-energized. It was surprising how much of a difference a single session made. What made it especially meaningful was that, as a remote team, we’re used to connection activities that are more social or work-related. This felt completely different. Instead of focusing on team building, it gave each of us the space to reconnect with ourselves individually while still sharing the experience together.”
“During the session, I noticed my breathing gradually became deeper and more intentional, and I could feel my body releasing a lot of the tension I had been carrying from work. Mentally, it helped quiet the constant stream of thoughts that usually comes with a busy day. Afterward, I felt lighter, more present, and emotionally refreshed. Even though we were joining remotely, it created a pause that helped me reset before returning to work.”
“Sheldan’s facilitation style was calm, grounding, and approachable. She created a comfortable environment from the very beginning by clearly explaining the process and guiding everyone at a pace that felt natural. Her presence was reassuring without being overwhelming, making it easy to trust the experience and fully engage, even for those who were completely new to it.”
A grounded, science-informed approach
Breathwork is sometimes associated with spiritual or wellness spaces, but the techniques taught in this workshop are rooted in physiology and nervous system regulation.
My approach is practical, accessible, and designed specifically for professional environments.
No intense breathwork.
No breath retention.
No forced emotional experiences.
Just simple tools your team can understand and apply.
